A&R, Native Tongue

Hazel is a Melbourne/ Naarm based A&R at Native Tongue Music Publishing. In this role Hazel spends much of her time scouting the most relevant and current opportunities for Native Tongue writers and producers. Her main duties include booking national and international writing trips, setting up co-writing sessions, and pitching songs to labels and artists to be released/cut.

D'Arcy Spiller

D’Arcy Spiller may yet be an unknown quantity, but her music will transport you to some achingly familiar places.

Capturing your imagination and attention, the tender compositions of hedonism and hurt on her debut EP ‘Little Demons’ (June 2020) are sung with a voice that could shuck the most brittle heart.

Label Manager, Mushroom Group

Blaise Sherrie is a Label Manager at Mushroom Group, and oversees I OH YOU, Soothsayer, 100s + 1000s and multi-Platinum selling group Bliss n Eso. Within this role Blaise oversees label operations and manages a small team to execute campaigns across the three labels within her remit.

Thando

Zimbabwean born and Melbourne based singer-songwriter, Thando, has been gracing stages around Australia with her electric presence and powerhouse vocals.

Heralded as a commanding performer, her ability to tell a story takes her audience on a journey of loving oneself and reflection.

Her much anticipated second EP, ‘Life in Colour’ is due for release late 2020, as the multi-dimensional performer is forging forward to solidify her status as Australia’s newest first lady of R&B.

An in-demand collaborator, Sophie Payten’s – aka folk-pop singer/producer Gordi – has worked and toured with Troye Sivan, S. Carey, Bon Iver, Sam Smith, Of Monsters And Men and Fleet Foxes and on the way has delivered a string of poignant and critically acclaimed tracks.

Her album ‘Our Two Skins’ chronicles the intense, impossible time spent renegotiating who she is and her fit in the world.

Although best known for her highly energetic and captivating stage presence, she is an exceptionally talented and diverse songwriter with an important view to share, as recognised in 2019, when Manfredi received Mushroom Music Publishing’s Recording Grant to help create her debut solo album.

With a diverse clientele of developing artists (Glowie, Cap Carter), established stars (izzi – The Preatures) and absolute icons (Shania Twain) Jess has recently returned to Sydney to expand her Australian roster and bring her international experience to her hometown industry.
